Dom Williams looks like a legit NFL WR: 4.40 40-time at 6’3″/200 with a 40.5″ vertical. Glancing at him on tape, he commands your interest. He went undrafted, and this recap article (below) gives you some reason why. I suspect you’ll hear about Dom Williams giving Tyrell Williams a push in training camp…my money is on Tyrell, as always.

Our scouting models think […].. Continue reading→

NFL Draft 2014 Scouting Report: WR Tevin Reese, Baylor

Twitter @CFBMetrics NFL Draft 2014: Statistical Analysis of WR Tevin Reese, Baylor We’re re-looking at Tevin Reese’s profile for a specific reason…because our computer scouting models clamored for us to do so. Originally, I didn’t pay Tevin Reese much mind. His profile was showing: tiny (163-pounds) speedster in a college offense that pumps output numbers […].. Continue reading→

2014 Undrafted Free Agent (UDFA) Commentary: San Diego Chargers

Twitter @CFBMetrics I love the two UDFA CB prospect pick-ups by the Chargers: (1) Chris Davis, Auburn is decent/mediocre in measurables, but is just a great football player…a nose for the game. If he was only a little taller (5’9”+). I really hope he ‘makes it’. The data says the hill to climb  (2) CB Greg […].. Continue reading→
