O.J. Howard entered college football in 2013 as one of the most coveted high school Tight End prospects in many years–some say in decades. For two seasons, he’s been a bit of a ghost for Alabama–playing many snaps, but rarely involved in the passing game. Is there something wrong with O.J. Howard, or is he a hidden gem waiting to explode? It is quite curious what our scouting models project here…

Kyle Emanuel, North Dakota State: Position Change for the Chargers…

Twitter @CFBMetrics

Just a quick update on Chargers 5th-round pick Kyle Emanuel

The fifth-round pick of the Chargers in 2015 had a sensational career at North Dakota State. He won the Buck Buchanan Award (FCS’ top defensive player), and was named the Missouri Valley Defensive Player of the Year.  He is changing up his normal position/role a little bit–something to note for deeper Dynasty Rookie Drafts with IDPs.

Matt Jones was not a top-10 prospect in the RB class for more national services pre-Draft, but he was shockingly the 8th one off the board in the 2015 NFL Draft (to Washington). The Jones-momentum would not end there, as he quickly became one of the darling prospects reported on in June–a 3rd-down RB who is threatening Alfred Morris a little (supposedly).

Was everyone overlooking Jones, or did the Redskins seriously ‘reach’ for him in the draft. We explain what our computer scouting models see in our 1,300+ word scouting report and analysis on Florida RB prospect Matt Jones
